Bella Swan

Bella Swan

A Poem by Beatles9322

I had given up all hope,

Of falling in love,

It seemed to avoid me,

I was a pigeon, not a dove.

My family loved me enough,

Maybe even more,

But I couldn't help thinking,

That my life was a chore.

There was something missing,

That last piece of the puzzle,

The key to my happiness,

Was in your hug and a sweet nuzzle.

I never thought that love would be like this,

It seemed that you appeared out of thin air,

No matter how you got here,

You here and about the rest, I don't care.

I was always so down,

I felt too tired to sleep,

I felt like there was no way out,

I was being pulled down, deep.

Now that you're with me,

I feel strong again,

You're not just my lover,

You're also my best friend.

I would do anything,

To be with you forever,

I just want to be near you,

I want us to be together.

Our love has changed me,

In ways that I couldn't have imagined,

How can a feeling do this?,

It was unfathomed.

I am smiling again,

I dance with every step under the sky blue,

Never forget,

That I love you.
