Innumerable times it is crushed, But it tries to rise each time, with a new glint. Days come and days go, Rarity out of which strengthen the rare feel. Almost all of them diminish it though. But still, it rises, although not much, and says, "Oh consider this. Your thirst is at it's worst. You see glasses of water in others' hands. You have none, and somehow, you are not able to express your need to quench your thirst. You close your eyes, and put your head down. When you open your eyes, you land in front of a pond of fresh water, in a place that could resemble Heaven the best. And Lo and behold!, the feeling that you have, a lot above than that of holding a petty glass. So think as if your pond is under construction." Yes, it says so and rises, and it is felt, as anyone would feel- What if the thirst goes beyond tolerance, and takes one along? Then it says, "Well that seems skeptic, but if at all, it comes to pass, then the Heaven, which has been spoken of by me, is always there."
Lots of emotions in this piece, and mostly positive ones...I'm not sure if it's based on any spiritual scriptures but it has that kind of feel to it, like a parable...your words are dreaming and comforting...your writing always puts my mind at ease...you have a unique and uplifting way of looking at things and painting such pictures with your words...I respect the poets who can do that cuz I struggle to write in such a positive style...great work as always Gurdeep :)

There is a kindness to these thoughts and i like the sort of back and forth. Resilient is hope in you, much more than in myself. Great piece that offers hope not as an idea, but a tool.
