I'm sittin' here alone.

Ain't got nobody

to call on the phone.

How do I make

this loneliness end?

What did I do to

since being with me

for an internet romance.

Awwww... your going to make me cry... don't do online romance.... whats the fun? physical is better and a computer can't hold you when you're lonely.... And people to call... whats the fun in that? huh? well... i guess it could be fun to talk to friends and stuff but that might be because i have a phobia of talking to strangers on the phone... even if i've talked to them for years... i start shaking just thinking about it lol... kind of weird lol... This is a really sad piece... I can feel your emotions of loneliness shining through... sometimes when you're lonely you really actually realize who your true friends are...

I know it sounds weird but when i don't talk to any of my friends for a while... one day i'll get 5 calls from people wondering if i died... However... I do know that if i were to be kidnapped or something no one would notice for 2 weeks at the least...

This is a great poem... full of emotions... Great Job!

Yeah I agree with the featured review. Don't date online. You never know who you might end up with. I know, I've tried it and my results were not good at all. This poem seems to express some deep meaning, I can't help but think that you or the speaker is having a rough day. It gets better, I promise. It always gets better. We have to make it through a bad day and then congratulate ourselves for making it through.

I think this piece has merit. I'm not in love with the last line...it's overly repetitive and I think the exclamation point is unecessary. I get a depressed sadnes from the poem which doesn't match an exclamation. I think more of anger in that way...or excitement.

As to internet romance...I say "why not?" It's fun, it connects you to others and can be surprisingly warm and fulfilling. Just one person's opinion.

This almost made me think of the whole "nobody loves me everybody hates me I'm going to eat some worms" song, I know this was probably meant to be a sad piece but I applaud your "emoness" and have to tell you this is a delightful piece.
