Intention

Intention

A Poem by Patrick Lee
"

I am not good at describing my own work. It is what it is. I hope you enjoy it for whatever reason. It was written to be read, so please, read on and let me know what you think.

"

Intention

Instantly darkness impales

through the flesh,

lifelessly fallen invaded

by death.

The piercing dilemma brings

 life to an end

collapsing on impact the

 darkness descends.

The flash in the chamber sends

you to die

as it tears through your skull and

 rips out your mind.

Enter the savior,

cleansing your soul

now all your pain has been soothed.

By squeezing the trigger

the hammer propels

as the back of your head is removed.

Oh my, what a graphic poem! =o I like it! :) I really enjoyed the rhyme scheme and how every other line was shorter, that sounded really nice. Great job with this!
