The Meeting Request

Hello,

 

My fists would like to formaly request your face for a meeting to work out some issues.

 

the meeting will start promptly at noon and last for only about half of lunch break, also known as a working lunch break.

 

the meeting should only take 10 to 15 minutes

 

once both parties agree that the issues have been resolved the meeting will be concluded.
