Rest in peace St. ValentineA Poem by Frozen EyesValentine's Day Happy??On a February 13th
he healed her ailment, Julia was no more a
victim of impaired vision. Miracle it was that sculpted
the legends, That one evening in a
Roman prison. That first note that he
wrote to her Signed “Your Valentine” rest
lacks clarity. They may have wondered
& pondered Was it romance? Or Love
for humanity? Julia, must have cried
her heart out When Valentinus was being
tortured to death Was it worth it to
regain her sight? To watch him suffer till
his last breath. He was adamant as much
as he was brave I believe it was for a
greater cause. He was a rebel, whom
they couldn’t enslave, It wasn’t the end but
just a pause. After all these
centuries passed He watches over us from
far and above Rest in peace St.
