sOLITUDE and Me

sOLITUDE and Me

A Poem by Frozen Eyes
"

expressions

"
By the azure shore changing color
the sun was eloping with the horizon
the moon was sneak-peeking
no one nearby..and the hours flew by
The midnight, its maddening silence
Solitude in the limelight and ME
I stood there aimlessly staring at the stars
I stood there shamelessly nurturing my scars
I stood there ceaselessly until my legs became numb
I stood all night carelessly waiting for you to come...

ah!
the sun was eloping with the horizon
the moon was sneak-peeking

Loved that line! It is always so magical when the moon peeks her head out before the dark takes over. Beautiful work my friend.
