A Life Well Lived

The story of someone who's had a long, happy life and in old age is ready to finally rest.

I’ve loved with my everything.
I’ve fallen apart to the point I begged for death.
I’ve cried every tear.
I’ve shed every mask.
I’ve grown as a person.
I’ve tried my best.

I did it all with an open heart.
So I’ll go the same way.
With a smile on my face.
With no regrets.

I have lived.
I have loved.
I have cherished.

Now I will return to the one who created me.
With peace in my soul and well wishes for those I leave behind.
A life well lived, I thank the creator for mine.

this is really an inspiring poem and all people I think wish that the life they lived are fruitful and meaningful ones but still depends on the mindset on how to deal with pain and such.
