Time Heals.

A heart which is troubled and in pain
Embittered by anguish and with bane
Time lets our hearts breathe and sing again
Eager and open to love's sweet refrain

A mother tends her children's worst fears
They're over it now. It's been so many years
Time has forgot and banished those tears
It heals our hearts when anguish appears

Wounds and barbs may sear the heart
Worry not - welcome Time to make her start
Banishing the scornful and painful remark
Even when troubles circle like a hungry shark

 

A reliant companion to tackle life's dealings
Over the years it comes with more meaning
Given a chance it takes care of all feelings
From the first day of life, Time is healing
