My Loss.

My Loss.

A Poem by Marie

My coffee lost the glow it gave
and is now a drink I no longer crave
as I used to up to days ago.

This knowledge came as a cruel blow.
At the cup I sit and stare
and try to pen this poem with flair.

The coffee cold and now dark brown
I pass it by and simply frown!
