VERY good, Marie … KLINK!🍻

I would guess most all of us have been fish and fisher drunk on romance at one time or another, assuring we each know how it feels on both ends of the hook. I've had a few get away, and have escaped the hook a few times, too.
I adore the colourful artwork with the eager fish and its hungry tongue sticking out … ha-hahhh!

A grrreat spot-on Senryu, Marie!
Thanks for the mornin' chuckle … albeit, there can be a less humorous side, too! ⁓ Richard🖌

I also enjoy penning the occasional Haiku or Senryu … if interested, check out my folder JAPANESE POETRY ⛩ on page 2 of my profile.

Marie,
But, see? That is why La Belle Dame has no Merci, her eye is wild, and her foot is light, and I am there to give her sweet moans... Until she leaves me wasting away in the withered sedge. What an adventure! What an expression of life! And with bait like hers, I'll gladly take the hook, and later fry in her pan if need be. At least I lived!

Call me a hungry big-mouthed sea bass. It has been eons, but I well remember that stupor-inducing liquor of romance. Ow! That hook sure hurts. And even more when it gets ripped out.
