Did the trip ever end?A Poem by San Herman Lopez a.k.a. SanzeiIn my early 20's I experimented with my mind... My view of the world was forever altered.
I took a chance with my mind. I decided to play with one of God’s grand designs. Answers I was hoping to find, all images became morphing signs. With my fingers the stars I would move and wined and through time my mind would make lines. Like a child running through the streets, by the ocean I would finally take a seat. From my body I could feel great heat and my heart created radical beats. I felt like a God playing in a World never seen. It was new and colorful and very clean. While in thought many answers came in between. I felt at times as if a machine. What could it all possibly mean? My visual mind was extremely keen. Eventually time came for it to be over, but I would continue to look over my shoulder. While at work I noticed false people were colder. This situation made me feel older. All became complicated movement around me, through so many people I would see. A mental equation was the key, all related to numbers it would be. An ocean of knowledge became my sea. I succeeded through all phases with no fee. A day later still mind spinning, I could not figure if it all was just beginning. At a distance I heard the phone ring. To sleep I went not knowing what it would bring. Did it ever end? Let me not pretend. My mind will forever bend and I will forever lend. To this day I cannot fully understand how I stand in a land of moving sand. So I realize I land in time, like a grain of sand on sand I climb... I refuse to be left behind. Moving on I learned to find. -Sansee 12/31/12 © 2012 San Herman Lopez a.k.a. SanzeiFeatured Review
