Childhood

Childhood

A Poem by FreeTea

In a world of business and moving

I just need to keep on cruising

I don’t just stay in one place

And I leave boxes packed just incase

Don’t get attached

So I won’t feel mismatched

Faces seem to blur together

I just need to float like a feather

A short and sweet poem that is fairly refreshing to read. You are a nomadic free spirit and I admire that.

This poem reminds me of Robert DeNiro's character from Heat a little bit in that this was his philosophy in the film. ;)

A great poem about freedom and the beauty inherent in the concept. A chance to move freely and start anew whenever you feel like it.

Good work! :)

Well time will change everything don't worry!
Yes, hold onto those carefree days of childhood for as long as you possibly can. Growing up and venturing out into the world is challenging. Great thought with this.
