A rhyming word

A wish or two

There only there

To hide me from you

 

I crouch in the dark

At the back of my mind

Where no probe can reach

Nor person find

 

I’m left to my thoughts

To ponder alone

And wish for things

That I cannot know

 

So I write down a line

Followed by a sentence

To express my heart

For all to read.
