FireA Poem by Freder Fredersen (aka Grady)burning sensationthere's a fire in my guts that wants spread outward, but the air outside is too thin,
and the air outside is too cold. I smother it with philosophy, but parchment burns and it grows. I pour cold apathy on it, but the liquid evaporates, and it grows.
feed it murky piss and crystal tears, and beer on beer on beer on beer. it's still here! Crackling! Dancing! Hungry!
there's a fire in my guts- I can only hold it back for so long, then, everybody gets it, and nobody's safe.
no cure for this passion. no hope for this man. no need to repress anymore anymore anymore.
