OnlyA Poem by Freder Fredersen (aka Grady)O_o
you scream rabid passion into my quiet death;
sweet madness bounding lonely brick corridors.
not in throes of wild sex, but in hot pulsing laughter.
like howling orange warmth cutting frost; waking cold earth, as some great painter tries to fuse feelings and nature,
but brushes only melting faces on green life.
your face overlapping mine, just beyond the daffodils, two hundred years prior to our births.
we were there, as we are here; happily entangled.
his brush swirled as we twisted on the firmament, as his fading sight bore witness to our coming dance. then and now, only your laughter cuts my pain.
only your warmth melts my depression.
