You Are My Reason

You Are My Reason

A Poem by Katrina Crago.
"

This is how I feel about someone

"
Everyone wants an Ever Ever After.
Everyone except me.

For I was to believe I could never be the main character of the story.
The princess.

That is, until you came into my life
You make me feel like I'm the most
Important person in your life.
You make me almost want to believe in love.

But in the end you'll find someone better.
I know you will.
You'll wind up with a princess.
Not an ugly stepsister

But I'm falling for you
Hard
And if your not there to catch me
I just might break
And never be whole again.

Instead of saying this, I smile
I laugh
Anything to keep you talking to me.

You need to go now
That's fine, I know we'll talk tomorrow
But before you go, I need to tell you.

Your the reason I believe in love
The reason why I believe in faith
And the reason why I believe in me.

This was a very good poem. The random lengths of the stanzas added a little extra something to the poem. It was like someone was getting their emotions out on paper. This really shows off someone having a powerful crush on someone else.
