A Poem by Fraser Murray
"

Nothing ever changes.

"
There's no reason for this
No excuse to be made
Just an endless abyss
And the price that i've paid
For what?
22 years a slave
And I've got
Nothing to show for the time that I wasted,
Nothing to show but the lines on my face
And the scars on my soul that I cannot erase
I am done,
Cause life just isn't for everyone,
This hopeless kid with no reason to live and no love for the friends who pretended to give a f**k,
And I am alone, it's all i have known,
With so many sins there's no time to atone,
Just to beg and to scream as I break my own bones
Trying to squeeze my old corpse into someone else's mould,
I want to break
I want no one to know
The waters of the lake
With my pockets full of stones
I want to die
I want to die
I want to die
And for once
I don't care if it's alone.
