Sakari

This is about a half white Native American girl that falls for a mysterious man, that tells her father that he dreamed about her, id you want to know more please read.

 

Once upon a time there was a girl named Sakari, Sakari was 16 winters. She was the most beautiful girl ever. . The whole day was fun for the couple there was Chinook dances and other tribe dances.

She had blonde hair, silver eyes and she was tall. Every man wanted to marry her. Sakari's father Yana saw through them so he didn't let them marry her. Sakari's father was the chief of the village, Yana was where Sakari got the beautiful silver eyes, the tribe loved him for his leadership, and his strength for them. Shysie, Sakari's mother was white and the reason Sakari had red hair. Shysie was found by the Tualatin River when she was little and the tribe took her in when they couldn't find Shysie's family. Sakari also had a brother named Redwolf he was 18 winters, he had green eyes and black hair, if Yana died Redwolf would be the next chief. The tribe was the Chinooks and they live in Oregon. One day a man on horseback came to the village. The man had black hair and silver eyes and was really handsome. Sakari was doing her routine when she saw the mysterious man. The tribe was skittish around him but of course Yana wasn’t, he had to be brave for them.

Yana walked up to the man and asked "Who are you and Why are you here, brother?" The mysterious man just smiled and said in a beautiful accent, My name is Conan and the reason I’m here is because, I’ve been having these dreams about this beautiful girl which lead me here." " Why does that concern us, brother?" said Yana. Conan looked at Sakari, who was peeking around the corner, said, " Sakari is my future wife, I will prove to you that I love her." Yana was surprised that the mysterious man knew Sakari’s name. Yana raised an eyebrow and said, "How do you know my daughters name." Conan looked at Yana and said, " As I said I had a dream about her." So Conan live with the tribe for a year and Sakari fell in love with Conan, and everyone in the tribe liked him.

Yana walked up to Conan ans said, "Son, I need to talk to you." Conan and Yana walk together and then Yana said, " Son you have proved to me you love her and Sakari surly loves you I have seen it in her eyes

every time she sees you, I can see she loves you. Do you still want to marry her, son?" Conan smiled and said " Isn’t that why I’m still here, father?" Yana slaps Conan on the back saying" then it is done, you will marry her."

Conan then looks for Sakari and tells her the news. They embrace and laugh, "This is the greatest day of my life." said Sakari. So they get ready for the day. "It will be in a month. Said Yana, walking up to the couple.

Month later.........

Sakari her mother, and Sakari’s friend Olathe get Sakari dressed and ready.

Shysie smiled at Sakari and said " Daughter you look beautiful ." Sakari laughed and said thank you mother. Sakari was wearing a white doeskin with grey and red beads in the front and her white moccasins

also had the beads.

Sakari peeked from behind to see what people were doing and saw Conan in a buckskin with his chest not covered. Sakari also saw dancers, she then came out and sat down at the table outside, and the festivities began

Then later everyone ate Venison fruit and nuts. Then it was time for the couple to go to bed.

Sakari woke up and got ready for the travel to Ireland which would take 2 years it was far but worth it.
