Path of Echoes

A Poem about Journeys

Along this life long journey

Are the shadows in the night

That whisper all around you

As the echo takes its flight.

 

And as the sun arises

To unfold a brand new day

So, too, the echoes call you

That led you on your way.

 

To roads you've not yet taken,

Towards journeys yet to be,

Of stories yet untold you

Of the paths you've yet to see

 

Within the path of echoes

Can be heard the truth untold

Cause somewhere in the distance

Are where answers do unfold.

 

So reach further than you know

And look deeper than you dare

Just because you don't see it

Doesn't mean it isn't there.
