House Of The UndertakerA Poem by Franc RodriguezA tale of sheer fright.
O fools of All Hallow' Eve who durst,
To open that door of thy nightmare, As ye walk'd inside lost and unaware, That the lorn house was evil and curst. Bedone and lock'd in the walls of hell, With ghastly Jinns and Ghouls beside, When ye thus saw Lucifer seat'd astride, Whispering into thine ears words too fell. Thitherward, thy weary souls were taken, Where the blazing fire swallow'd ye all, Whilst thy souls sweal'd beyond the hall, And the shriek of madness would awaken. The house of the Undertaker began to flood, As manifold rooms were drench'd in blood! © 2016 Franc Rodriguez |
