Side Effects

Feeling flush from your magic touch
There's such a rush in loving you
It's scintillating thru~ and thru~
Sheer delight, a burning rash flush

Spellbound kisses, reeling my head
Blissful caresses make me high
Such side effects I can't deny
A pounding heart beats rapture red

Mega doses of love reflex
Yielding side effects I respect

No warning of caution needed
I'll absorb your love's side effects
just refills of love repeated
To taste and explore with no regrets

This is done with a delicate precession and the words melt into a beautiful love scene. The emotion run so deep that it consumes the whole being. the flow is magical and smooth. You have out done yourself on this one. Oh the feeling of love consuming you with delight and passion.

Your poem talks about the delights of being in a mutually loving relationship where you experience the joys without risking rejection. This is a lovely piece about the first flush of new lpve. Another verse/s about progression- building the friendship as the first passion settles, looking at each other 2hen old and still seeing the beauty of youth and young love- would be a good addition to this I think

"With no regrets" i do not like regrets but i have many!
Your poem is sensual a good use of 'medicine' in a sense to write these feelings.
