A Darker Dream

A Darker Dream

A Poem by Fran Marie

Living in empty shadows
  in the depth of darkness
    a darker dream prevails

'Tis but a double edge sword
   both pain and pleasure
      of which I partake

  Descending,tasting the onyx abyss
   ascending,feeling a crystal zenith
      compelled to renew hell's pleasure
         repeating heaven's pain

Refilling,sating each sense deep within
   accepting the darker dreams
as I gaze into hypnotic black light

Sublimely powerful, I feel eternity
   when darkness breathes
     bestowing serenity and suddenly
I'm lost to a darker dream.

Twisted and delicious :P. This is wonderfully dark and creepy, but it captures the essence very well....a random question, how do you get pictures with your work? I've always wondered that :P I love this
