Paris Nights

Paris Nights

A Poem by Fran Marie

Oh,she was a flirt
Batting her baby blue eyes
 wearing her red skirt

 winking at the guys
a dab of red lipstick with
 a dust of rose rouge

on her cheek,she walked
by in her red high heel shoes
so slick and so sleek.

Paris' Nights parfume
she wore, its scent so divine
all the guys pleaded

 be my valentine
 Tho~her heart belonged to one
there was no other

One of a kind guy
her heart's love, her true lover
he took her to dance

for a night of fun
Valentine's gala affair
everyone was there

He proposed to her
as they danced the night away
on Valentine's Day

You are great with imagery. I can see that gorgeous woman walking down the street as I type this.

Ooo...la, la...the flirt with her red high heels and Paris parfum....all so divine!
A nice write with some a saucy flavor...just the kind I like!!

Very charming and flirtatious write... you display a fun but romantic encounter with beautiful wording. The ending was like a fairy-tale ending
