'Twas the night before bloodfest
when Drac and I woke up from our nap
'twas time to dress and don our best
and look around town for some warm blood to lap
We celebrate slightly different than most
as our merriment comes from dark ally streets
drinking blood with cheers is our holiday toast
we dine on warm bloody neck meat
Oh, no Christmas trees decorated in red
nor frosty snowmen in front on the lawn
we party down with our friends, the living dead
from midnight 'til the wee crack of dawn
Snownflakes may glisten ever so white
but we shall blemish it in crimson stain
for we are vampires of the night
'tis tradition from whence we came
