Family Tree

Ah, Family Tree
your lovely branches do abound
established with your noble roots
So firmly in the ground

and troubled winds
may sometimes blow
and branch may sometimes bend
but there's another branch below
to push it up and make it strong again.

and if a storm approaches
and heavy raindrops fall
The branches all fold together
and hear each other's call

It still stands tall and strong.
I am so thankful for this tree
for it was nourished with love all along
by a loving family

I love anything that has to do with trees and a family tree is something that is mine only because as my family adopted me at eight months of age, I have adopter their family tree as my own. Wonderful family sentiment. And I agree with Ravenskald. It is nice to know that things both are, and can be different in families. My family loves me I know...but they're a little strange. Then again so am I...lol :-)

ah we have different experiences of family nice to know yours are different to mine. This comes acroos as a holmily and celebration, and is almost a hymn. Nice to see somthing with a positive feel :)
