Gently SevereA Poem by Fran MarieBlue shadows cross my vibrant visions of lively red rainbows dusting the silver clouds to hazy gray deaden life still lingers and chained deadlocks tightly choke sleepless nights stroked by phantom fingers but I've been burnt, tossed and turned to stone in the turbulent sea of life and still I stand, butterfly soft gilded in gold and stained in hard clad steel I eat frozen rain and breathe dragon's fire while laughing at lightning and spitting hail stone thunder storms lie within my purple pulse my fuchsia flames feed the howling winds whipping wolves into shape I've danced with trapped auras of scarlet and gold removed from the light.. I hold secrets to survive, cures to secure my stance for I am the storm~ gently severe © 2022 Fran MarieFeatured Review
