Broken Love

Broken Love

A Poem by Fran Marie

Our love has died
  broken grooves
faded and worn out~
painful memories on replay

  feel it~
   those  piercing arrows

fate dealt its bloody wounds
impaling my heart
    a dagger cutting..deep
ripping..out its pound of flesh

a heart so torn and tattered
        cannot mend

how much hurt can one soul bare

Care packages with flowers and fruit to strengthen the body and soul… we were meant to be multi-talented and share our gifts with others who have lost their way.. along the Primrose Path of Romance… a Dance that Rests at last in the Storm Clouds that fade with the Break of a new day. tenderly, Pat
