There's something about the rain. It usually inspires me to write, or gets me in the mood for some comfort food cooked in the crock pot. I have to admit though, I love when it rains a few days in succession. It conjures up all kinds of memories. Ones like these.

yes, I too love the rain..i find it soothing
talking about comfort food oh yeah me too..i make a big pot of chilli often during
the cooler season ..october is a perfect
month for casseroles stews and rainy day

I LOVE chili!! The bigger the pot, the better. I tend to make extra so that I can freeze some and take it out on days when it rains or the temperature dips. Nothing better! ; )

but no
bitter sweet
shouldn't we all
be having more fun in life
it's hard to read these poems sometimes
sadness drips across my computer
someone wrote and it floored me
"something is not quite right"

most of them are painful
but I won't give up
