for Tovli's 10/40 challenge write

Ask me some history trivia

   past-tense or present

and as a drunk stumbles

  like there's oil under his shoes

after he's fine-dined on bread

  and too much wine..

part  of my bookworm knowledge

falls down lower than my iron deficiency.

interesting use of the words...we might think we are more than we are...but then when push comes to shove, we find humility, maybe at the bottom of that wine glass...it makes us a little fuzzy in our thinking.

having done trivia for so many years with our Logan team...i can really appreciate this poem...
