Love you are to me, drops of honeywine With each new kiss beneath the golden sun Your lips sweet bouquet, quench this thirst of mine Our love has entwined, for all time as one.
Valentine,we shall sing loves sweetest tune Share eternal bliss, 'neath a silver moon Of Cupid's Cup, we'll drink a toast to love Kindly condoned by the heavens above
Let's reach for the highest star in the sky These words of love, are meant for only you The sun, moon and stars, know this to be true Forever, we'll cherish love, you and I
You are to me sweet Love, my heart's delight These Words of Love I'll pledge, each day, each night.
Great mythic imagery for Valentine's Day: "drops of honeywine" in "Cupid's Cup." This is a wonderful answer to the Valentine's Day Challenge -- and you didn't even have to wrack your brain for something new! :D
This one hales back to Victorian romantic poetry for me. Love it. How did I miss it before?
NOTES: you need spaces behind several of your commas

Most definitely an oldie from years ago, thanks so much for reviewing and the notes..
Worthy of Hallmark! I love the way you attach each line. The rhyme is wonderful. The readers attention is grabbed at first and the flow tends to keep it. Great job
This really was soo sweet that I taste it on my tongue. What a feast for senses!
