Romance and roses speak a love so sweet A love which fills mine heart elegantly and as I'm drawn into thy body heat willing victim to your charm completely Besieged by desires, I taste thy lips Is it angel, demon? which drives this force? tracing softly thy face with fingertips woulds't thou love wish for me to take new course? The radient glow of moon's magic light O,Behold!~ silver night stars dance love's song 'Tis a love which fills my heart~ merry blithe and doth render my soul, to thee belong
Yes,'Tis a Love which fills my happy heart And Romance and Roses but play their part
Besieged by desires, I taste your lips ~ I love the power you gave this emotional outpouring and the way this maiden portrays her true love for this knight in the line
~ Tis a love which fills my happy heart
And Romance and Roses but play their part ~
This is beautifully penned, good luck and keep em' coming
'Romance and Roses' Sonnet
Fran Marie,
We 'can all identify with Roses being a big part of love's joy so the title is so good! King James English is beautiful too and I like your word choice descriptions. Here is one which caught my eye:
'Tis a love which fills my heart-merry blithe
and doth render my soul, to thee belong'
Love does desire to give itself away and for the good. Descriptive and just plain sweet!
Blessings,
Kathy
