The Witch Moon
The witch moon is shining down on a snow covered ground tonight Crisp icicles like frozen fingers hang from the blackened branches of long dead trees, as whipping winds freeze the sullen sky to a dark evil Clouds ghostly in their paleness hurry across the sky like fearful beasts, sensing the coming of evil as the witch moon bleeds its wicked curse 'pon all For It is the night when daughters of the witch moon will ride abroad unfettered and free from earthly bonds as drops of blood now cover the snow laydened ground and the sky turns to a deeper shade of darkness and doom. The witches moon grows brighter as glistening frost covered blood drips from its cusp, red breadcrumbs to Daughters of the sinister witch moon now draw nigh wielding their magic, a powerful force gathering the chosen to carry the witch moon curse far and wide. Through the trees they walk on silent feet following the signs from above they feel the power grow coursing through their expectant bodies. These are the daughters of the Witch moon and tonight they will embrace his unearthly power. © 2014 Fran MarieAuthor's Note
