Hunter of the NightA Poem by FractalLuna
Transitioning;
Shape-shifting through memories, I became a hunter of the night. Beneath the moon and beyond the trees, Racing through the astral reveries, My breath frozen upon the horizon, Searching my mind, the echoes of ghosts calling. There I found myself falling; Away from myself, away from my fears, Away from the millions of sighs and tears. I called your name; running you came. My life, my love, but one in the same. Fire and light; my heart burning bright, Shape-shifter, hunter of night. I called to you one spirited full moon; Faith fell asleep, fleeting too soon. Awakening at dawn, dew soaked and cold, Renewed by a warmth and a dream well told, All is not lost, all is not spared, My spirit did not leave me alone and scared. A sunrise of mind; eclipsed by my eyes, Withholding a thousand beautiful skies. -FractalLuna-
