Helium Ballon

The transformation within myself from my wife's cancer.

When my wife was diagnosed with cancer. She immediately started to transform her diet, attitude towards life and the way she looked at the world. I saw that transformation as a large helium ballon. She grabbed on to the string of the ballon with both hands. I stood by her side. Seeing her start to leave without me. I had to decide if I would leave the comfort of my ego. Grab onto that string and let the ballon take me to new heights. Luckily I grabbed on with both hands and have not let go. Along with tapping(EFT), meditation and the writings of Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Mark Nepo. I have been guided and still being guided on a transformation. That has guided me to stop drinking, gambling and treating my wife in ways I would not want to be treated.

Why do we have to fall to be transformed?

How can we find the courage to grab onto that ballon with both hands without falling?
