Dedication

This book is dedicated to my loving husband, Brian, and my four amazing children: Ashley, Casey, Christian, and Austin.  Without them this book never would have been written.  I also dedicate this book to my late Step-mom, Brenda May Manning, who taught me to be strong and to stand up for my beliefs.  Without her knowledge and support, I could never have gotten this far in life.
