Upside, Downside, I Laugh, InsanityA Poem by FoxemeraldUpside, Downside, I Laugh, Insanity ~ https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8N_aay0ddcY
Hair cascades around your face, Which very gently I brush back, Big strong man, you hold, So much inside of your heavy, Barreled chest. I place my hands up and rest the palms, Push against it.
Chipping nails fall, to the side, and, Faded boards of, Thick black liquid breaks, You hold more interest in your phone, Than myself while I’m at your command. And I throw my head back, And laugh, as though I’m dizzy, Like some sort of wild woman- Up into your face. Come, my dear, Fall into the dark side, here, I hold and rock myself around in quiet symphony, a dance of inner joy, erupting sudden- The force of least resistance, Pulls me back, I topple to the ground, And then get up, I laugh, insanely, My cat smiles at me while she sleeps, It looks like she grins . . . She’s taunting me, my darling, don’t you see? A rose is in the window, look it there, I’m looking at it from a downside angle, I have cat hairs littering my pants, White decor dotting black suave, crescents, you see it? Come to me, my knight, Dark, decadent, and cavalier- Let me wrap you up in, Some pleasure. © 2018 Foxemerald |
