Best I'll Ever Have

Best I'll Ever Have

A Poem by Brett Forsythe
"

I wrote this for my ex.

"
It's safe to say you'll never know exactly how I feel, it hurts to think that you let go a love I thought was real, I see you in the clouds, you're all I've ever known, every day I love you more though I'm trying to let go, your picture hidden in the fog reminds me you're not here, me without you by my side's the only thing I fear, our tainted love just breaks my heart, take my love but leave a guide on how to get my heart inside, you ripped me open stole from me, now there's nothing left to see, so alone I'll look at our scrap book, thinking of the heart you took, all of my love you won't look back, for you were the best I'll ever have.
