InsideA Poem by ForgottenThis is just a poem about the thing everyone has, negative emotion.
I sit at the bus stop,
the commotion around stirs me, the everlasting migraine seems not to come to an end, but who am I? I am the blood that boils, I am the lucid hate, I am the tar in your heart, and the sludge in your soul, Tarnished am I, I follow you...I harbour within you. I am the hate that you feel, the rage you endure, I am the sins of your past, and I'm the tears you fill. Nothing but a beast within, Brutality is my nature, Anger is my nourishment, Feeding of your anguish I lay dormant and quiet. I am within you all, I stain your mind and I corrupt your spirit. However.... I lay dormant, I lay quiet and still, Hate is not YOUR nature and anger does not fuel you, I stand beside the other, Reason and tranquillity, That other half of me.
