Prologue

Hi I’m Damion, Damion Dreadger. I used to be but an average peasant, just like you; a peasant with no real future but owning the Dreadgers farm, just like my father did, and my father’s father and so on. My mother passed away when I was small, taken by God to join him in his eternal paradise. However owning the family’s farm becomes nothing but a void, erased from my life. That night, that fateful night, everything changed, my calm gentle nature shared its sanctuary with that of a savage beast stirring on the inside, taking control, dreaming of nothing but tasting the red liquor of the body, gathering the sickly sweet aroma of the somewhat addictive drug lying beneath the flesh of a living one.

Interesting, I can't wait to read it. I already know it's about Vamps, but I still wanna read it. :3 Your choice of words intrigues me and makes me wanna read more, such as how you described blood (red liquor of the body)

Is the picture posted here the front cover? If it is, then I'm not sure. I'd have to read on, see where the girl comes into play. Otherwise, I think it looks nice. It doesn't give too much away, but just enough.
