Just another tear

Suddenly alone from a relationship, but to find the love of another

Alone again, in the realm of sadness and seemingly everlasting grief,
Can one really love again after the crush soon becomes the blow?
Is it really just another tear?

To see another’s sadness, is it really mine to share?
Can i soften the blow for someone else or just make the damage erode her heart more slowly?
Is it really just another tear?

But to make her happy and see that smile,
Can the spark of an everlasting love really heal the hole in her heart, or just shield her from making it bigger?
Is it really just another tear?

To feel her touch, and feel the healing begin,
Is this the beginning of my love, to show another I’m ready to heal her heart too?
This isn't just another tear; this is the start of an eternal protection.

You know, I really like this :). Its so honest and exactly what goes through someones head in this relationship. The only not so positive thing I'd like to point out is that I couldnt really FEEL the emotion. I mean, you talk about it, the thoughts are honest. But I'd like to read this poem again and be touched by its passion. Yeah? Make sense? Hope so.
