Ever.

Ever.

A Poem by ALittleBitOfEverything

No matter where
No matter what time
No matter how
I will never forget

The grey walls
The smell of musk
The taste of bitter
And the feeling of loss

You were a few feet from me
In a box
I felt alone
With loved ones around me

I now have scars of my lonesome
I now look to the future with blurry eyes
Thinking 'What if I were to ave children...
They'd have no grandfather?'

Is this nightmare ever going to end?
Will I rise above the hurt?
All I know is
No-one can ever take you place

Ever.
