If the time wasn't right I would've been left from your side, these other girls text me but I don't think I should reply

Late nights, on the phone with you

when I used to be on the phone with who?

Same thing different girl but I'm smarter not to choose, and now she got her head down

Catching feelings like the flu

I don't regret how I treat them

i just leave them with the blues

The second line, your I needs to be capitalized. I like the concept you were driving for and the second line is the most powerful. I think you should go more in depth and add to it though. Over all great poem.
