Trying Turnpoint

Trying Turnpoint

A Poem by paradise

She is trying

Desperatly

she put her heart into this

you crushed her

Her heart was once

pretty and whole

until you broke it

and left it cracked

She cried one too

many times

over a boy that was

never meant to be hers

She tried love

and love failed her

She wishes on passing stars

and smiles from time to time

she knows she will

never be forgotten

For fate is when

the clocks chime

Sereande sweet meloldys

keep my mind at peace

they sooth like little lullabies

speak out to me

wipe my tears

and hide all cries

She is tying to save herself

she has to take it day by day

Shes trying to make it better

she will dont worry

she always does in the end

because thats her own way

I really enjoyed this, I can feel the hurt and despair in this. Nicely expressed.
