Carousel MomentsA Poem by paradiseIt's not over This story doesn't have to end it hasn't yet started let us make it begin
This will start will small talk just over coffe with a beaten up guitar full of old love songs
On this dirt road it travels to the end it will go on forever but it all depends some keeep running they dont slow they have whats in them to just go Don't wait for them to catch up just run its better the more you dont slow
On this dark lonley road I walk alone because its the only place I ever feel at home I watch time pass and let my memories fly as I walk down the road of all forgotten lullabies
You don't know this yet but you love her more than all those other girls you date i can tell by the way you smile near her and how you act you have a chance you know you always do Bevause let me tell you a secret I'm sure she loves you too I can see that spark that no one else can see and let me tell It's something more than to believe
Just smile that beautiful smile and watch tears fall down her face onto an opened book on a small table in a starnge coffe shop he can't pernounce
Seasons are always changing waves are always crashing and stars always fall just for you..
She walks down to the field her wings on her neck with small delicate words written in bold "Free as A Bird." She watches time pass and clouds change there shape dandilions wishes esape and the grass grow
She wants this moment to be not wasted over coffe in a small shop but with a boy at a fair sharing carousel memories swaying on the swings laying in grass fields going into vortex swirls with carnival lights flashing and games at every turn with these moments of destinay let the time unfurl letting her hair let loose on a ride making her soar as she sits beside a boy whos heart always stole hers
Vintage clothing A camera with a lens insisde out she knows you as you her The frame and focus taking your breathes away
Getting back on the horse running my hand through faded scars well they keep coming but tonight this is ours
Let the memories begin in a night of carosal momentsd forgotten our past but treasurering the coldest
Start this moment with a word maybe two listen to them careful as they unfold before you
Sit under the stars and watch for the twilight of the night begining with just small things of wonder just waiting to be found
She stops to stare as her secrest come from everywhere but with you they are held close as wipe away her tears and tell her its all okay she shouldn't have to feel pain
Over some coffe small talk begins and a guitar starts playing old silly love songs that were just waiting to be sung
She is waiting for a momnent for her stpry to begin over small things And open books with word after word just waiting to be heard line after line rhyme after rhyme she's just watching as he sits and talks with her everytime he loves her she loves him they were always coming together fate would win
It's starnge to think there in a strange coffe shop at a small table two people sit having small talk over coffee and an open book while a beaten up old guitar is being played softly in the backround playing silly old love songs just waiting to be sung
