Memory Chimes

Memory Chimes

A Poem by paradise

Here me now

These twinkling stars

that shine above us

give the univererse its smile

The metoers crash

they burn out

trying to escape

the black of the night

hear its quiet

we cant hear what you say

just the dark clouds and stormy rain

that always follows me

In the rain its peacful

calms our mind

tells about space

it give us all our time

Pretty moon

shines above our heads

shows us the way home

but this isnt where the story ends

Wisdom saves us

and quotes give out saves

honey comes in droplets

and little girls have to behave

a childs memory

is the little things we soon forget

Tick Tick

Out of time

In the rain it's peaceful, calms our minds~ so true I love how the sound of rain can so relax one into a state of euphoria as it washes away the days worries. Love the poem and the message maybe we should all try listening more often to good advice. Keep em' coming

This poem speaks much. It speaks to me of lessons that had come in youth, vanished in the storms of adulthood. It tells me of life's grand design, where at some point we can't keep dreaming of the fairy tale, for life is short and in a blink it's gone. Thus it's decided that one must take peace where they can, but continue walking.

Enlightening!

Ah, the parelell of sequinced rhyme and feared analogy, really places the emotion and feeds the reader with inspired relevance, well done, good read.
