Trustworthy Frown

A Poem by paradise
"

Her Lips were made of flower petals her eyes of fallen stars her hair was made of ocean waves and he heart was made of scars

"

Taking one step forward

I dont look back

Breathing slowly

I awaken

Her lips were made of Flower petals

Her eyes were made of star dust

Her hair was mas of Ocean waved

And her life was made from lust

She wakes in a forest her feet are bare

The ground is cold; Theres dirt in her hair

She lips are cracked and eyes must adjust

She thinks she lost but is reminded of dust

Bruises cover all her sides

they are black and blue

she is scsared and helpless

its when she thinks of you

She knows who he was

She knows what he did

She remembers everything

She was just a bid

He was the shadow

It haunted her day after day

he left her broken

kicked her out on his way

That man That man

Never eally gave a damn

Used and abused her as much as he could

Took her for what she was and that was just would

He watched her suffer

watched her scream

left her wishes

It was only a dream

she escaped with life

But only wants death

she doesn't want to be her

She wants a last breathe

She takes in Courage

Makes a wish to the sky

Walks to The Forgotten Seas

And pleas to be able to fly

She smiles

shocking herself

she knew it along

her wings were always there

just waiting for the dawn

some days are dark

the others light

but that doesn't mean

she won't fight

She will show them

what shes worth

why she has made it and

will make her way to the decietful end

She knows she's apart of the masquerade

ahe was a mask

but this time she is afraid

it hides her scars

and all tears

all her cries

and all her fears

its her saviour of pretty lies

it has many colors and feathers of the sky

None can see what she has become

its because of the aster puppetiere who thinks he's won

She is the puppet of controlling strings

She has no power

he uses her broken seams

and leaves with only broken dreams

Monster Mahiem leave her torn

they cut her wrist but say no harm

they give her cuts on her stomach and thighs

leave her tattered and make her hide

they always watch and make she she knows

they will find her no matter

hhow far she goes

Mermaid magic

do your best

help me please

I need another test

She is strong but will be weka

she needs your help

its you she came to seek

so offer a tear

one tear thts all i ask

Make her it at peace

its not a hard task

She has run she hasn't looked back

she left the tower

she will never be part od tht pact

she is done waiting

for the knight in shining armor

or a lost boy looking at a castle

now shes gone

no more monsters

no more master

no more flaws

Into the forest the young girl flies

she runs past trees

and watches them dance

behind a bush a olden road

feet and hurting

heart pounding she has the escape

to the dishonest thrown

she is leaving no more pain

shes not coming back

she doesn't like this game

she will run shes not looking back

she is gone forever

Looks liek karmas got you in the back

When the world spins some one round and round and drops them on the ground, they find a new strength to rise up. These piece tells me a tale of one who had been in a tormented place, they remember those torments and the threads that once danced them like a puppet. Now they have risen up and are in control of their own destiny. The master now becomes the puppet as the old slave uses the master until they can break for freedom.
Where once played, they are now the player.

Bravo!

Beautiful and bitter sweet, the whole never looking back theme throughout works perfectly adding strengh to your piece. Spell check the poem although they do not deter the reader from feeling the deeply penned emotion. Keep em' coming
