End It Now

End It Now

A Poem by Samantha.

So quick to judge

So hasty to put down what you do not understand

You’re untamed tongue may be the may be the death of you

You’re sorry for the things you said but that won’t take them back

No one can truly understand how much you mean sorry

Your beating yourself up inside

You feel trapped there’s no where to hide

The words they haunt you

Forgiveness taunts you

Your hearts breaking

In every step you’re taking

No one will utter the words that you live to hear

There’s no one there to wipe away any tears

The screams inside your head make you wish you were dead

Your all alone no one to comfort you

Your heart can’t handle any more

You’re being ripped apart in every moment

The tears they won’t stop falling

The voices won’t stop calling you into the darkness

Maybe it would be easier if you could end it here

Scream one last time before you end it make sure the whole world hears

End it before it’s too late and you hurt someone else

END IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brutal emotional honesty comes out of this poem, full force. I think we've all felt that way, one time or another, which always makes poems on the emotional states of humans so interesting. Though I must say, things have the possibility of improving. Good job with this!
