On the road.
Riley: what's going on Claire you look really scared and worried.
Claire: Riley drive faster please James is in trouble.
Riley: what happend to James? tell me Claire.
Claire: our daughter shot him. She's going to kill him She blames him for Jason's death. 
Riley: James didn't do anything wrong. He didn't kill Jason he wasn't the one who shot him Danielle did.
Claire: I know I'm so scared go faster please I love James and I don't want him dead.
Riley drives faster.
A car crashes into Riley's black BMW.
The BMW flips and hits a pole.
Claire hits her head hard on the windsheild.
The side of Claire's head has gashes on it.
Riley: Claire can you hear me Are you alright?   
Claire doesn't respond to Riley.
Riley: Claire say something.
Claire still isn't responding to Riley.
Riley carefully turns Claire's head to the side He sees the gashes on the side of her head. He sees the blood gushing from the side of her head.
Riley: Oh no Claire Wake up sis. 
Claire still isn't moving.
Riley: Claire don't leave me.
Riley calls 911.
Riley: I need a ambulance. My sister Claire Ford has been injuried in a car accident. She hit her head on the windshield. The side of her head has gashes on it. She's losing blood. She's unconcious please get here.
The ambulance arrives to take Claire to the hospital. The ambulance arrives at the hospital The Emt rushes Claire into the hospital. 



At Ryan's apartment.
Jessica knocks on her brother Ryan's door.
Ryan: Jessica what are you doing here?
Jessica: did you tell our brother Landon that if he didn't stay away from Claire you were going to beat him up?
Ryan: yes I did. If he doesn't stay away from her he's going to get shot.
Jessica: Ryan you would shoot our own brother?
Ryan: yes I would just to keep him away from Claire.
Jessica: what the hell is wrong with you Ryan?
Ryan: I don't like Claire she's trouble.
Jessica: she's my best friend don't you ever say that about her.
Ryan: Get out of my apartment Jessica.
Jessica: brother why are you being like this?
Ryan: the reason why I'm telling Landon to stay away from Claire is because she had him shot at the hospital by a gunman the other day.
Jessica: he was protecting her He got shot for Claire because he cares about her.
Ryan: I swear if Landon doesn't stay away from Claire he's going to find himself beaten in his bed.
Jessica: No brother you can't do that to him.
Ryan: I can do anything I want.


At the park.
Landon is walking in the park.
Eli is behind him and he drugs Landon.
Landon falls to the ground.
Eli picks him up and he puts him in the van Eli drives away.
He loads a gun with bullets.
He takes Landon to a warehouse.
Landon wakes up He doesn't know where he is.
Landon: who are you and where are you taking me?
Eli: hello Landon remember me? I'm your father.
Landon: dad what are you going to do to me?
Eli: I'm going to beat you up then I'm going to shoot you.
Landon: No please I don't want to get beaten I don't want to get shot.
Eli: fine I won't shoot you I'll just beat you.


At the hospital.
Claire is rushed into surgry Franco saves her life Claire wakes up.
Claire: What happend to me?
Franco: you were in a crash with your brother Riley.
Claire: who is that? I don't remember 
Franco: Claire he's your brother.
Claire: I don't know who he is I  don't know who you are get away from me.
Franco: Claire calm down. I'm getting you a hospital room I want you to rest.  
Claire is crying.
Franco: Claire don't cry.
Claire keeps crying.
Claire: I don't know who I am. I don't know what I'm doing here I don't know who this Riley guy is. 
Franco: he's your brother why can't you remember him?
Claire: I have amenisa.
Franco takes Claire to a hospital room.
Claire lays down in the bed and she goes to sleep Riley is standing outside the door.
Riley; how is she?
Franco: it's not good See for yourself.
Riley: thanks for saving her Franco.
Franco: your welcome Riley. 
Riley walks into Claire's hospital room.
Claire wakes up.
She doesn't know what happend to her still.
Claire: what happend to me? Where am I?
Riley: Claire your at the hospital You were in a car accident last night.
Claire: who are you Who's Claire?
Riley: I'm your brother my name is Riley Gregory, Your name is Claire Gregory your married to James Ford.
Claire: I don't know who he is.
Riley: he's your husband and you love him. Before we got into the accident you were talking to him on the phone. He was telling you that your daughter Danielle was at the house with a gun and she shot him You were so worried about him that you made me drive faster.
Claire: I don't remember anything I'm sorry I don't remember you either I'm so sorry.
Riley: Claire you have to remember I'm your brother.
Claire: I can't remember anything I don't know who I am, who you are and who this James Ford guy is.
Riley: sis I told you that he's your husband.
Claire: I need to walk around. I'll be right back.
Riley: ok sis. Even though you don't remember me I still love you.
Claire hugs Riley.
Claire walks out of her hospital room.
Riley follows Claire.
Claire is walking in the hallway.
She sees a emt rushing a guy with black hair and brown eyes into the hospital.
James: Claire sweetheart.
Claire: who are you?
James: I'm your husband I got shot.
Claire: who shot you? I don't remember you I'm just asking you who hurt you.
James: Claire what happend to you? Why can't you remember me?
Riley: we got into a car accident She hit her head on the windsheild She has amenisa now James. She can't remember you or me.
James: Claire whatever happens I'm going to help you get your memory back.
Claire: thank you whoever you are.
James: Claire I love you so much Kiss me.
Claire kisses James on the lips they keep kissing. 
Franco rushes James into surgry He gets the bullets out of James's stomach.
James wakes up.
James: thank you so much Franco you saved my life. What happend to my wife?
Franco: Riley and Claire were in a car accident because she was worried about you because you got shot. She told Riley to drive faster and he did. His BMW hit a pole and it flipped them and she smacked her head really hard on the windsheild. She was knocked unconcious and after I did surgry on her she woke up and she didn't know who she was. 
James: I can't believe this. I'm not angry with Riley it's not his fault. It was the person who hit them's fault.
Franco: I agree with you there James.
James: I'm going to go see Claire in a little bit.
  

In Claire's hospital room.
Claire is asleep in the bed
Ford comes into the room and he sees that Claire is sleeping. Claire wakes up she sits up in the bed.
Ford: Claire what happend to you?
Claire: Ford I remember you.
Ford: you remember me How can you?
Claire: I don't know I must have been thinking about you before the crash. There was this guy named James he said that he's my husband And that I love him I can't remember him.
Ford: that's my brother You love him.
Claire: I don't know him Ford.
Ford: do you love me?
Claire: yes I do.
Ford kisses Claire on the lips.
James walks into the room.
Ford pulls away from Claire.
James: brother what are you doing with my wife?
Ford: bro what are you doing here?
James: my daughter Danielle shot me with a gun while I was sleeping at home. 
Ford: how dare she.
James: she almost killed me.
Ford: I'm sorry bro.
Claire: I'm glad that your ok. 
James: thank you Claire. I'm going to go I want you to get some rest.
Claire: thank you.
James: your welcome and if you need anything give me a call.
Claire: ok I will.
James leaves Claire's hospital room. He has a sad look on his face.
Ford: I'm going to go too. Take care of yourself Claire I love you
Claire: I love you too.
Ford kisses Claire on the cheek.
Claire: see you later Ford.
Ford: see you later Claire.
Ford leaves Claire's hospital room. 
Mark walks into Claire's hospital room.
Claire looks at Mark.
Mark: hey Claire.
Claire: Mark.
Mark: I heard about the accident that you were in. Are you ok?
Claire: I'm not ok I have amenisa I can't remember who Riley is or who James is All I can remember is you and Ford It's like everything else is gone.
Mark: I'm sorry Claire.
Claire: it's not your fault.
Mark: I'm glad that your ok I'm glad that your not dead.
Claire: Me too. Mark there is something that I have to tell you.
Mark: what is it?
Claire: Mark I love you.
Mark: you love me?
Claire: yes I do.
Mark: kiss me then Claire.
Claire kisses mark on the lips.
Mark: I have to go I'm glad that your ok. I really hope that you get your memory back soon.
Claire: Me too My head hurts so much I feel like I've been hit by a truck.
Mark: aw Claire I'm sorry.
Claire: thanks Mark Do you want to know something?
Mark: what is it?
Claire: this hurts so much not remembering who James is I loved him that's what Ford had told me. Everytime I look at James I see a sad look on his face. 
Mark: James loves you Claire. Ford is right James is really upset because you can't remember him He really cares about you.
Claire: Mark can you do something for me?
Mark: what is it?
Claire: can you get James in here?
Mark: I will.
Mark goes out into the hallway.
James is crying.
Mark: James she wants to see you.
James: why? She can't remember me. 
Mark: she wants to talk to you.
James: fine I'll go into see her I love her with everything in me.
James goes into Claire's hospital room.

 

At the Warehouse.
Eli ties Landon up and he beats Landon up.
He punches Landon in the head He kicks Landon in the back.
Landon: Ow stop it your hurting me.
Eli: I'll kill you Landon you'll be dead.
Landon: No please. 
Ryan and Jessica show up.
Ryan: dad what the hell are you doing here?     
Jessica: Landon.
Landon: Jessica help me dad beat me.
Jessica: How dare you beat him. He didn't do anything to you dad.
Eli: shut up Jessica you little b***h.
Ryan: Don't you dare talk to my sister like that father.
Eli pulls out a gun and he points it at Jessica Landon looks up and he sees the gun pointed at Jessica.
Landon: No dad don't shoot my sister.
Jessica: dad I have a brain tumor. I'm dying please don't kill me I have a husband that loves me I don't want to die not now he needs me
Ryan lunges at Eli. He knocks his father to the floor of the warehouse Eli and Ryan are fighting over the gun. Jessica rushes over to Landon she unties him.
Landon: thank you sis You saved my life.
Jessica: I had to.
Gunshot.
Ryan falls off of his father.
Ryan is bleeding from his stomach.
Jessica: Nooo.
Landon: Ryan no. Brother
Ryan: goodbye Landon the bullet got me.
Landon: Brother no please don't die. I need you I love you brother I'm so sorry.
Jessica begins to cry Landon cries too.
Ryan: dies in His sister Jessica's arms from the bullet in his stomach.
Jessica looks up at her father Eli.
Jessica: you b*****d you killed Ryan You killed your own son.
Eli: I don't care Jessica. I'm going to kill your husband Jim robuck he's going to die tomorrow.
Jessica: you son of a b***h you better not touch my husband. Come on Landon let's go.
Landon and Jessica leave the warehouse.


In Claire's hospital room.
Claire: James I want you to sit down.
James: why? You don't even remember me Claire.
Claire: James.
James: what do you want Claire tell me.
Claire: I'm sorry that I can't remember you.
Claire has a flashback of the accident.
Claire: Riley drive faster we have to get to James. He's been shot Riley go faster.
Riley is driving faster.
A car crashes into Riley's black BMW.
The BMW flips and hits a pole.
Claire hits her head hard on the windsheild.
Claire looks at James.
Claire: You were shot You called me to say goodbye because our daughter Danielle told you to call me James I remember I remember you I just had a flashback of the accident.
James: oh my god you remember me?
Claire: Yes I do. I remember everything that you and me went through I remember when we got married When we had sex. The hospital shooting ,Ford stabbing you at the house in Ohio Ford shooting Riley and putting him in a coma in Ohio. I remember all of it I remember my brother. I remember Riley I want to see him.
Riley runs into claire's hospital room.
Claire: Brother I remember you.
Riley: Claire you remember me But how?
Claire: I had a flashback of the accident I flashed backed to eveything that I remembered I remembered what happend to you in Ohio. I remembered that you were shot and put in a coma. I remember holding your Hand and crying at your bedside I remember you.
Riley begins to cry.
Claire hugs him as he is crying.
Claire: Shh brother it's ok. I'm here now and I have my memory back.
Riley: I was scared that you would never get your memory back. 
Claire: I know you were I was too but then I had these flashbacks of the accident you and me were in tonight and everything just started coming back to me.
James: I'm glad to have you back sweetheart I love you.
James kisses Claire on the lips.
