I  had  just  passed  through  the  entrance  to  the  Immortal  Realms  and  have  just arrived  at  the  gates  of  the  one  and  only  step  of  transition. The  gates  to  the realm  was  usualy  positioned  with  a  creature  of  each  tribe,  so  as  when  an immortal  of  whatever  kind  crosses  into  the  realms  and  arrives  at  the  gates  they can  be  lead  into  the  tribe  from a  gatekeeper  of  the  same  species  as themselves.  

 

At  the  gates  stood  the  regular  gatekeepers  there  was  Rodney  (aka Red  as  most  called  him)  he  was  a  fire  elementist,  Harry  was  a  werewolf, Ginger  was  a  fairy,  Able  was  a  fallen  angel,  and  then  there  was  my  brother  Caleb  (who  was  also  a  Vampire). I  knew  he  would  be  here,  since  he  is  never at  home  and  finished  basic  Vampire  high-school.  He  was  always  on  the  run-around  always  doing  something  other  than  be  a  prince  like  the  rest  of  our brothers.  Caleb  was  my  twin  and  we  were  a lot  alike  with  the  fact  that  we looked  like  each  other  and  we  always  were  protecting  the  realms  instead  of completing  our  royal  duties.  However  he  only  did  BASIC  High-school,  I However  did  the  advance  vampire  schooling  unlike  my  brother.

 

My  other  brothers  Alex,  Fravardin  (but  we  call  him  Frava  for  short)  and  my one  and  only  sister  Pandora  has  all  finished  Vampire  High-school.  Frava  and Pan  have  both  left  our  castle  and  has  moved  on.  Now  it  was  only  me,  Alex and...

 

“Brother,  I  wasn't  expecting  you  to  be  back  so  soon.  Did  you  find anyone?”  Caleb,  my  brother  addressed  me  with  no  respect.  Yes  we  were  alike in  most  ways  but  we  would  never  admit  it.

 

“Well  I  in-fact  didn't  expect  to  be  back  this  soon  either.  There  was  one but  she  was  not  human  nor  like  us  she  was...  something  other...” It  was evident  in  my  voice  that  I  did  not  want  to  explain  it (well at least to me),  but  still  he  pushed  the subject.

 

“What  was  she  an  element?  A  fairy?  A  werewolf?  Or...  no  but  she  couldn't  have  been  not  an...  No  brother  you  would  never  fall  for  one  of those  winged  beast.” He  knew,  he  could  see  it  in  my  eyes  that  he  had  guess right.  I  had  fallen  for  a  winged  beast  or  more  exactly  a  winged  beauty.  I  had fallen  in  love  with  a  fallen  angel.  Vampires  were  forbidden  to  fall  in  love  with  anything  else  than  a  Vampire  it  was  looked  upon  badly,  although  the  rules  now  had  slacken  since  the  very  early  days  of  its  beginnings.  In  the  past  a Vampire  would   have   been  kicked  out  of  their  realm  for  falling  in  love  with  something  other  than  a  vampire.

 

“Yes” I  breathed  “Brother,  indeed  I  have.  But  she  wasn't  just  a  winged beauty,  she  was  something  other  than  just  that.  But  it  does  not  matter  as  I  will never  see  her  again.  Now  tell  me  are  you  going  to  guide  me  home  or  Can  I  deliver  myself?” I  looked  up  from  where  I  sat  in  my  car,  to  my towering  brother  who  leaned  over  the  black  paint-job  smiling  down  at  me.  He had  been  hurt  by  an  angel  himself  and  he  was  glad  that  I  had left  Jasmine  behind so  that  she  could  not  hurt  me.

 

“Its  alright  brother.  I  believe  you  know  the  way  home.  Give  Alex  my hello.”

 

“Will  do  brother.  How  is  the  front  holding  down  here  by  the  way?” The   person  behind  me  was  getting  upset.  Obviously  they  were  here  for  the  first   time  and  had  never  been  to  the  realms  before,  as  I  looked  at  the  girl  behind me,  I  was  starting  to  get  excited  for  some  reason.  The  girl  looked  slightly familiar.

 

“Not  much  has  been  happening  on  the  front  line  here,  not  much  too  do really.  Now  hurry  along  so  that  I  can  see  to  the  next  deranged  being” His usual  goodbye  greeting  to  one  of  our  brothers  entering  into  the  realms, however  it  would  usually  be  unusual  for  one  of  us  to  go  out  into  the  human realm.  As  I  drove  along  I  could  hear  him  getting  frustrated  to  the  next unfortunate  “deranged”  being  entering  into  the  realms  for  the  first  time.  Our castle  was  towards  the  north  side  (or  south)  depending  on  how  you  looked  at it.  It  was  near  the  border  lines  of  the  fairy  and  mermaid  realms.

 

All  of  a  sudden  I  had  driven  upon  the  marble   slated  drive-way  and  around  to  the  front  of  the  huge  castle  that  was  at  least  four  stories  tall.  It  was  not the  main  castle,  it  was  only  our  parent's  old  castle.  Since  they  moved  out  (when  the  new  castle  was  built)  so  that  us  boys  and  of course  Pandora,  could have our own place to live.

 

I opened the recently-polished wooden door slowly, I really wanted to surprise Alex, but knowing Alex he would have heard my tires hit the driveway and would have been able to read my mind a few moments before I touched the driveway. As I stepped into the house I was ready for anything an ambush or a surprise attack. However after a few moments without an  attack from Alex I ventured further into the house. As I entered into the grand-ball room, I saw a simple single strip of a sky-blue post-it note on the stair railing, a message from Alex directed to Caleb and myself.

 

          Dear Caleb and Aarow

Whoever  Receives  this  first  please  inform  the  other  that  I  have again lead  the  army  into  battle,  the  werewolves  have  been  causing problems  for  us  again.  They  have  been  killing  Vampires  writing with the ancient  language  across  their  heads  “Myse a Houf” Meaing death to Vampire’s. I have gone to Encarta, the werewolf king to discuss matter’s and if things are not sorted by that measure then The army and I will chase down  the rebels  and kill them ourselves.  Long  Live  William  the  Great.

Godspeed  Brothers  and  be  safe.

Of course  Alex  was  at  war  I  should  have  know,  with  Caleb  being  posted  at  the  gates,  then  surely  I  would  have  known  that  Alex  was  somewhere  taking  his part  in  the  war,  that  would also  mean that  Pandora  and  Frava  would  be  at  the  castle  protecting  mother  and  father.

 

I shall have to  take  my  part  in  the  war as-well  and  hunt  down  what  every  creature  is  searching  for,  The  Long  lost  daughter  of  the  Forbidden’s.  There is a prophecy that the lost daughter would one day take back the thrones of all the tribes and bring peace to the realms. 

 

It is quoted from the ancient books “Alla Mina  shobia  mysa  a  condis” meaning Through their death, peace shall come. The ancient books are saying that through the death of the Forbidden families  peace shall come to us, to all creatures. 

 

My family and I have been searching for this daughter for centuries trying to bring peace to the realms. That is why Alex is at war and Caleb is at the gates. That is why I was sent to the  human realm and that is why my brother Frava and my sister Pandora are  bodyguards. We are protectors, Guardians of the realms and while we protect  the realms from any sort of danger we search for this lost daughter. So we can bring peace to all the worlds.

 

In  the  ancient  texts  it  was  also  proclaimed  that  when  the  daughter  was  to  come  there  would  be  a  great  war  when  all  creatures  would  fight  and have no allies or loyalties to each other.  This  war  that  we  are  fighting  now  has  been  going  on  for  the  past  half century.  There  has  been  no  “physical”  fighting  as  of  yet  but  the  streets  are  barren  and  the  citys  are  empty  it’s  as  if  everyone  is  hibernating.  The war is happening  but  there  is  no  fighting.  

 

It was also proclaimed that the lost  daughter would approach two kings of different tribes asking for a place to stay in their land one king would refuse her stating that her blood is too impure , for it would be mixed with other blood their tribe would never be kind towards. Whereas the other king would permit her a place to stay in his  kingdom , knowing exactly what  the girl is and what she has come to our world to do.

 

Knowing my father King  William the Great, he would be the one to  permit the daughter to stay in his castle and I will make myself available for my father to be bestowed apoun this daughter, knowing well my duty would be to  protect her with my life.  So I left the note from Alex leaving my own message attached to it, informing my brother Caleb that I will be staying with mother and father for a while and not sure when I will return and  so I made my way to the new castle in hopes that I had not yet missed the daughter’s arrival.

Okay sorry if this chapter is confusing its going further into aarow’s life, showing how empty it is. That no-one is ever there and that he and his family preform certin duties to protect the way of life through out the realms. It shows a little of caleb’s life and how he views fallen angels. Next chapter I will show why he feels like that for.
